Can I afford this? Do I qualify as a customer? I don't have insurance or Medicare. What do I do?
These are all important questions you might have. Contact us today. We will take the time to answer you.
Perhaps your loved one is in need of extra supervision or support. We are aware that this transition is either slow or fast. We all need home care services but when, where & how will we obtain them?
Convenience and Respect.
At Home Care Agency Aloha we are your first step towards living a life that's still independent and respectable. We provide home care services at the convenience of your own home. We have trained specialists or care givers who can assist you with simple errands around the house. We understand that your loved ones need help and so we do our best to accommodate your busy or unique schedule(s).
Home Care or Home Health Care.
There is a difference in the term Home Care as opposed to Home Health Care. Our agency focuses on non-medical practices for the people of Hawaii. Therefore, we are classified as Home Care providers. If we assisted our clients with medically related needs such as medical infusions, cardiac devices, respiratory equipment, then we would be considered Home Health Care providers thereby needing to contact you with a Social Worker and Physician on a routine basis. Home Care is generally far more affordable than Home Health Care.
Home Care (Affordable) ---> Home Health Care (Moderate Cost) ---> Nursing Home & Hospital (Expensive)
The scope of our practice is truly simplistic. We are the most fundamental yet overlooked part in the continuum of care service. Before your loved one is transferred into a hospital or nursing home they are generally in need of important "at home assistance" such as yard work, laundry, bathing, dressing and meal preparation. Please think of our agency as a convenient way for your loved one(s) to enjoy their days at home with respect. We are truly a luxurious benefit to your loved one. They deserve the best. You would want the best for yourself too, right? Start today with HCAA.

GETTING STARTED
Step One.
Contact your primary physician. Its always great to have a routine check up. If you are in need of immediate medical related services, then your primary physician will most likely set you up with a Social Worker and Nursing Plan. If it is determined you are in need of medical services, then we are not the company for you. If it is determined that there is NO medical need, then we can help with your needs at home.
Step Two.
Talk to your loved ones and family about your decision. This is an important transition like no other. Do the right things and tell someone that your loved one(s) need help. Attend a group or church meeting. Team work is the best. Please allow our team to assist you with home care related services. You are not alone. We are the extra hand or home service you need. We are here to help make your transition smooth, convenient and respectable.
Step Three.
Pick up the phone and dial 1-808-521-5656. You will be connected with a member of HCAA.
